Workplace Mental Health & Organisational Wellbeing

As the nature of work evolves, so must the ecosystems that support it. Organisational wellbeing is a core dimension of institutional resilience, talent retention, and performance. Across sectors, there is growing recognition that mental health directly influences leadership, productivity, innovation, and long-term institutional sustainability. RIHA contributes to this transformation by supporting institutions in embedding mental health into their core culture, people systems, and leadership priorities in ways that are practical, sustainable, and aligned with their organisational values.

We work closely with employers, HR leaders, and senior management to develop responsive frameworks that meet the psychological needs of diverse workforces. Rather than offering isolated interventions, we enable long-term capacity-building through a systems lens advancing wellbeing as a shared institutional responsibility.

Our approach focuses on:

  • Organisational Readiness Assessments – to understand existing strengths, challenges, and pathways for integration

  • Evidence-informed Curriculum Delivery – rooted in our in-house Happiness & Resilience Framework

  • Leadership Alignment & Sensitisation – equipping decision-makers to champion inclusive wellbeing

  • Sustainable Wellbeing Planning – with focus on psychological safety, burnout prevention, and inclusive team culture

We collaborate with organisations across sectors from educational institutions and development agencies to startups and corporates to co-create roadmaps that are context-specific, scalable, and aligned with emerging national priorities on workplace mental health.

This domain reflects RIHA’s conviction that workplaces can be powerful catalysts for mental health reform and when supported with the right knowledge, strategy, and tools, they can lead the way in creating inclusive, empathetic, and high-functioning environments for all.
